Open and Transparent

New Showroom Feature:

Open and transparent… well actually this door is closed and opaque, but we wanted to share our most recent installation at the showroom.
This was a glass door from a Basha’s grocery store circa 1984 salvaged from a junk yard. We asked 10 sandblast companies to etch the logo, but no one would touch it since it was already tempered. Instead of giving up, we cut the stencil and sandblasted it ourselves at the factory. The handle is polished galvanized pipe from Home Depot and the track is welded angle iron with v-groove casters. Since this was totally non-standard, we had to make everything ourselves including the spring brakes for the door.

Come in and see our latest cool touch!.
